We will be more than happy to meet with you in advance to confirm all the arrangements.
We will ensure you have convenient access on the days before and after the event so staff, exhibitors or traders have plenty of time to set up and take down stands, exhibits or stalls.
Easy access
Ashlar House is conveniently located within easy reach of Bury St Edmunds town centre and the A14.
There is a wide, dedicated access road and plenty of parking/turning space for large vehicles.
Wide double doors give easy access to the function rooms and there’s a lift to the first floor.

The Suites are equipped with LED lighting where the colour and mood of the room can be adjusted to complement your colour scheme. We also have a choice of staging and audio visual equipment, just let us know what you need.
