Dear Brethren
We are writing to inform you that after just over 2 ½ years, WBro Mike Helliar has decided to step down as Company Secretary of the Hall Company. We would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Mike for his excellent work, particularly over one of the most difficult periods in the Hall Company’s history with the pandemic.
Mike has been a valued member of the Board and over his tenure has been heavily involved in many aspects of the building maintenance.
Recently appointed Director, WBro Mark Dunn, has kindly agreed to act as Company Secretary from 1 August 2022. From this date, Mark can be contacted on companysecretary@ashlarhouse.com and all correspondence and queries regarding the hall company will need to be addressed here rather than the previous email address which is being archived.
For any future Masonic bookings or queries please use the masonicbookings@ashlarhouse.com email please. This will be monitored by both Camilla and William. For any dining requirements or amendments please continue to use office@roffcaterers.co.uk
